Ridgefield, CT - ProMedia.travel LLC hired Elizabeth West as director of Content Solutions, responsible for custom publishing and special research projects. West today joined ProMedia.travel from Nielsen Business Media, where she most recently served as custom publishing director and editor-in-chief of Meeting News.
ProMedia.travel Content Solutions offers corporate travel and meetings industry marketers educational content that effectively delivers their branding to target audiences via e-newsletters, webinars, magazines, research papers, supplements and other vehicles.
Past and current customers include such industry firms and organizations as AirPlus International, the Association of Corporate Travel Executives, Concur, Expedia Corporate Travel, MasterCard, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, the National Business Travel Association, Sabre Holdings, StarCite and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
As Content Solutions director, West reports to ProMedia.travel president and CEO Tim Reid and works closely with executive vice president of sales and marketing Louis Magliaro to develop for clients high-quality, content-driven research and marketing initiatives.
